RBI Grade B
The RBI Services Board recruits Grade B officers through a Phase I exam, a Phase II exam and an interview.
Public sector banks
IBPS runs the Probationary Officer exam for 11 banks, and SBI runs its own.
Private banks
Private banks recruit through campus hiring and their own tests, often for relationship and sales roles.

Allowances: dearness allowance, house rent allowance or leased housing and other allowances add a great deal to basic pay in public-sector banks and the RBI.

Is that the take-home pay?
