IPO Calendar: Upcoming IPOs with Allotment, Refund and Listing Dates
Every IPO open, due or just closed on NSE, with the day bids close, the allotment day, the day refunds and shares arrive, and the listing day. The dates after the close follow SEBI’s T+3 timetable and NSE’s holiday list, and each IPO links to its registrar’s allotment-status page.

The calendar
IPOs open, coming up and just closed.
Each IPO sits where it is today on your own device’s clock, and dates already past are greyed. On the allotment day, the first button opens the registrar’s status page.
T is the day bids close. Each later date is counted in working days: trading days that are not bank holidays, as SEBI’s ICDR master circular sets out.
Bids close · T
UPI mandates are accepted up to 5 pm.
In detail
For retail and reserved categories, UPI mandates are accepted up to 5 pm on the closing day. A mandate not approved in time leaves the bid without money blocked behind it (SEBI ICDR Master Circular, 9 February 2026, chapter 11).
Allotment · T+1
Basis of allotment approved before 9 pm.
In detail
The registrar and the exchange approve the basis of allotment before 9 pm on the first working day after the close. From then, the registrar’s page and NSE’s and BSE’s bid-check pages can show your result. The allotment status guide shows each site step by step.
Refund and shares · T+2
Money unblocked by 4 pm; shares in demat by 6 pm.
In detail
Money for bids that get nothing, or less than was bid, is unblocked by 4 pm, and allotted shares are credited by 6 pm. If money is still blocked after T+2, compensation is ₹100 a day or 15% a year of the amount, whichever is higher, from T+3 to the day it is unblocked (Annexure XXI of the master circular).
Listing · T+3
Trading starts on the third working day.
In detail
The shares start trading on the third working day after the close (Annexure XXIII of the master circular). Weekends and NSE’s trading and clearing holidays are skipped; a day when banks are shut but the market is open still delays allotment and refunds.
10 of 10IPOs in this list that have listed did so on the day the T+3 count gives.
153 of 155IPOs NSE listed in 2026 up to 12 October did the same; the other two listed later. Checked for the IPO allotment calculator, which runs the same count.

A date after 31 Dec 2026 assumes no holiday until NSE publishes its list for the next year; such a card says so.
Where to check allotment
The registrars’ status pages.
The registrar runs the allotment and publishes the result. Each page opens the registrar’s own site; 4 of them handle the IPOs listed here. Any bid can also be checked on NSE or BSE.
One tap. Every IPO’s five dates then sit in your own calendar, with a reminder at 9 am on each closing day, and the calendar updates itself each week. Nothing is asked for and no list of subscribers is kept.
A list of the IPOs open for bids or due to open, with each one’s dates. This one covers NSE: mainboard issues and SME issues on NSE Emerge, taken from NSE’s own issue pages and refreshed every week. To the dates NSE gives for bidding it adds the allotment, refund and listing days, worked out on SEBI’s T+3 timetable.
When is the IPO allotment date?
The first working day after bids close, called T+1. The basis of allotment is approved before 9 pm that day, and from then the registrar’s status page and the exchanges’ bid-check pages can show whether you got shares.
When will I get my money back if I get no shares?
On T+2, the second working day after the close. Money for a bid that gets nothing is not taken from the account at all: it was only blocked, and the block is lifted by 4 pm that day. If it is still blocked after T+2, SEBI’s rules give compensation of ₹100 a day or 15% a year of the amount, whichever is higher.
When do IPO shares reach the demat account?
Also on T+2: allotted shares are credited by 6 pm. You can sell them only from the listing day, T+3.
What is the IPO listing date?
The third working day after bids close, T+3, when the shares start trading. Counted on NSE’s trading and bank holidays, this gave the actual listing day for every IPO in this list that has listed so far.
Why can a date here differ from the date in the RHP?
The RHP’s dates after the close are tentative. If bidding is extended or a holiday is declared, every later date moves with it. This calendar works from NSE’s own closing date and is rebuilt each week, and an issue that has listed shows NSE’s listing day.
Does the calendar include SME IPOs?
Yes, SME issues on NSE Emerge, marked SME. On an SME issue the least an individual can bid is two lots, above ₹2 lakh, and each card shows that amount. SME issues on BSE are not yet in the list.
Does it show GMP or say which IPO to apply for?
No. It shows the dates and terms NSE publishes and the dates that follow from SEBI’s timetable. It gives no grey-market figure and no view on whether to apply.
How do I put IPO dates in my phone calendar?
Use “Add the dates to my phone” on this page. Your calendar then shows each IPO’s opening, closing, allotment, refund and listing days, with a reminder on the closing morning, and updates itself when the list is refreshed.
