- the spends that earn no reward points
- reward rates for specific categories
- the GST rate (fees are plus GST)
- lounge access (the page says NIL)
Where Punjab National Bank’s documents differ, and what is used
- Reward rate: the card page gives 1 point per ₹100; PNB's older Rewards Program page says 2 points per ₹150. That page is out of date on the point value too, so the card page is used.
- Fuel surcharge waiver: PNB's Fuel Surcharge Waiver page lists ₹500 to ₹4,000 fills for Visa Platinum; the MITC and schedule of fees give ₹400 to ₹4,000. The MITC range is used.
- Point value: the card page, the MITC and PNB's notice of 1 Sep 2024 give ₹0.25 a point; the older Rewards Program page still says ₹0.50 (50 paise). The ₹0.25 rate is used.
