Where HDFC Bank’s documents differ, and what is used
- Weekend offer: the card terms (section 2.6) say Rs.1500 a month for a single Shoppers Stop purchase of Rs.50,000 at a weekend; the product page, the 1 Mar 2024 notice and the terms' own worked example say 2,000. The amount is not priced.
- Rate outside Shoppers Stop: the terms' section 2.4 heading says 1%, while its table, worked example and the product page say 2%; 2% is used. The worked example also shows a ₹50,000 order earning 250 points at "2%", which does not match.
- Groceries: the card terms list supermarkets among spends that earn no reward points, while the product page caps grocery points at 1,000 a month and its value chart counts groceries among 2% spends. CardWise follows the card terms.
- Monthly caps: the terms give 2,000 reward points; the 1 Mar 2024 notice gives "Rs.2000" a month. The terms are used.
