The 5X rate (10 points per ₹100) applies only at department stores (MCC 5311), which is not a CardWise spend category, so it is shown as a highlight and ordinary spend is priced at the core 2 points. UPI payments earn only core points. Online grocery and food delivery are left unrated because supermarket (5411) and fast-food (5814) merchant codes earn nothing. Points earn only on transactions of ₹100 or more, are valid for two years, and redeem as cashback from 1,000 points.
