HPCL ENERGIE BOBCARD
A RuPay fuel card for HPCL pumps: 24 points per ₹150 on HPCL fuel (up to 1,000 points a statement), 2 per ₹150 elsewhere, points worth ₹0.25, a 1% surcharge waiver at HPCL up to ₹100 a statement, one domestic lounge visit a quarter on ₹20,000 of quarterly spend, and a 3.5% forex markup. The 24 points per ₹150 apply only at HPCL outlets on the merchant list HPCL shares with BOBCARD (and HP Pay app fuel payments by card, not HP Pay wallet loads or direct debit); fuel paid by UPI earns only core points. BOBCARD does not say whether fuel at other companies' pumps earns the core points, so it is left unrated. The 10 points per ₹150 at department stores and on MCC 4812/4899 utility bills are shown as a highlight; electricity and other MCC 4900 bills earn only core points. Points earn only on transactions of ₹150 or more and expire after two years.
